oCONTACToo• When sending a message to request a commission, please be clear about the following:■ Character(s) (clear references please).
■ Pose and expression you want your character to have.
■ Any other element or object you want to include in the drawing.
■ The more specifications and descriptions you send the better.• I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.oPAYMENT METHODoo■ Payment must be made through Paypal.
■ I charge the entire price of the commission in advance, so I will start to make your sketch safely.
■ If the commission includes too many objects, or a particularly complex one, an additional fee will be charged depending on the context of the drawing.
■ Additional character price only applies to characters sharing the same style and size. The characters must be interacting in some way, if not, you will need to request two separate commissions.
■ Price may vary depending on the complexity of the character design.
■ Once payment has been made, no refunds are allowed.oPROCESS & DELIVERYoo■ I will be sending you WIPS of each stage of the drawing for your confirmation and in case you want to make any changes:• Full color: Sketch > Lineart > Complete
• Colored sketch: Sketch > Complete■ Once the lineart is ready, only minor changes are allowed (unless I forgot to add some detail, in which case I would fix it without any problem!).
■ Some colors may vary as I color in my own style.
■ The estimated delivery time is between one week to one month, however, this will depend on the amount of commissions I’m working on, so please be patient. I promise to deliver a good job!
■ Once the commission is finished, it will be delivered in a PNG file via email.
■ I’m allowed to work on personal projects while working in your commission.oRIGHTS TO THE ARToo■ All rights to the artwork belong to me (@Nabii_Blue). This means that you are not allowed to reproduce the art for sale or commercial use. The artwork I provide for you is for personal use.
■ The art I create cannot be used by you nor your partners for training an AI.
■ You are NOT allowed to sell your commission as NFT.
■ If you would like to own the rights to the artwork for commercial use you should discuss this with me beforehand and you will be asked to pay an additional fee.
■ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online or in my portafolio, however if you want to keep it private, that’s fine, but you should let me know.
■ You are not authorized to heavily edit or trace any of the artwork that I may make for you unless I have given you explicit permission to do so.- - - Thanks for reading!
