oCONTACToo• When sending a message to request a commission, please be clear about the following:■ Character(s) (clear references please).
■ Pose and expression you want your character to have.
■ Any other element or object you want to include in the drawing.
■ The more specifications and descriptions you send the better.• I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.oPAYMENT METHODoo■ Payment via PayPal, unless commissioned through VGen (VGen Payments will be used).
■ I charge the entire price of the commission in advance, so I will start to make your sketch safely.
■ If the commission includes too many objects, or a particularly complex one, an additional fee will be charged depending on the context of the drawing.
■ If the commission includes more than one character, they must be interacting in some way. Otherwise, you will need to request separate commissions request two separate commissions.
■ Price may vary depending on the complexity of the character design.
■ Once payment has been made, no refunds are allowed.oPROCESS & DELIVERYoo■ I will be sending you WIPS of each stage of the drawing for your confirmation and in case you want to make any changes:• Full Render: Sketch > Lineart > Complete
• Colored Sketch: Sketch > Complete■ Some colors may vary as I color in my own style.
■ Once the artwork is completed, I can still make small final adjustments if requested.
■ The estimated delivery time is between one week to one month, however, this will depend on the amount of commissions I’m working on, so please be patient. I promise to deliver a good job!
■ Once the commission is finished, it will be delivered in a PNG file via email. Transparent PNG available upon request.
■ I’m allowed to work on personal projects while working in your commission.oRIGHTS TO THE ARToo■ All rights to the artwork belong to me (Nabii_Blue). This means that you are not allowed to reproduce the art for sale or commercial use. The artwork I provide for you is for personal use.
■ If you would like to own the rights to the artwork for commercial use, please discuss this with me beforehand (an additional fee will apply).
■ The art I create cannot be used by you nor your partners for training an AI.
■ You are NOT allowed to sell your commission as NFT.
■ I may share commissioned artwork on my social media or in my portfolio. If you’d prefer to keep it private, that’s totally okay ♡ just let me know :]
■ You are not authorized to heavily edit or trace any of the artwork that I may make for you unless I have given you explicit permission to do so.Thanks for reading! If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I’d be more than happy to help and make sure you have a great experience :D
